Drum press operating procedure
1. The operator consciously wears safety equipment
2. Before starting the drum press, check the equipment every day. The inspection items are as follows:
Observe the oil temperature: the normal working temperature of the drum press is 10℃-65℃
1) When the oil temperature is found to be low, the machine should be preheated.
2) When the oil temperature is high, the cooling water should be opened for cooling in time.
Dry operation
1) All operations should be performed again. If there is any abnormality, stop immediately and repair by maintenance personnel.
2) Check whether the nut of the drum press is loose, if the nut is loose, please deal with it.
3) Check whether the drum press is leaking. If there is any oil leak, please deal with it in time.
Maintenance of hydraulic oil
1) After the drum press has been running for a week, the oil filter should be cleaned.
2) After running for 3 months, filter the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank.
3) After one year of operation, the hydraulic oil should be updated and the oil tank should be cleaned.
3. Pay attention to personnel safety when changing molds and do not operate in violation of regulations.
Four matters needing attention in the pressing process of the drum press
1. Protective measures should be taken when pressing stainless steel.
2. It must be noted that no one is allowed to stand within its working range when operating the machine.
3. Prevent foreign matter from entering the head of the drum press and clean it in time.
4. If the machine is abnormal, please turn off the drum press immediately. And look for maintenance personnel to repair.
5. When measuring the indenter of the drum press, raise the indenter to a safe position and turn off the machine.
Two matters needing attention before flanging of drum press
1 After drumming, check whether the weld of the semi-finished product is defective. If there are any defects, please smooth them to prevent breakage during production.
2 Check whether the shape of the semi-finished head after flanging is qualified, such as the height.
3 Observe whether the forming wheel is smooth. When it feels rough, use a grinding wheel to smoothly polish it. When making stainless steel head, the forming wheel and pressure wheel should be smooth and clean.
4 Measure the size of the upper mouth of the semi-finished head, and then subtract the size from the size of the finished head and then subtract the size of the required flange as a reference size to be noted.
Three things to pay attention to in production
1 Don't over-flanging at once, but do it gradually to avoid cracking.
2. When adding force, the pressure should be small first and then large, and the appropriate pressure should be selected.
3. After forming, check the appearance, shape, size and thickness of the nozzle. If it does not meet the requirements, please deal with it in time.
Four considerations for shutdown
1 Cut off the power after the cylinder returns to its original position.
2 Clean up the workbench and work site, and must remove debris on the track.
Safety operation rules for trimming machine
1 The operator should first be familiar with the structural performance and operating procedures of the machine, which is a necessary condition to ensure production safety.
2 When cutting carbon steel heads, acetylene cutting tools of appropriate specifications should be installed. When cutting stainless steel heads, non-contact plasma cutting tools of appropriate specifications should be installed.
3 Clamp the cutter head on the turntable, adjust the position of the center and the cutting tool, adjust the flame volume and cutting speed of the cutting tool, and then operate.
4 Oxygen and acetylene gas should comply with national safety regulations.
5 Use engine oil or 46# hydraulic oil to fill the worm gear reducer once a year.
6 The chromatographic column screw and swing rod copper nut are refueled once every shift.
7 Add butter to the mating surface of the worm wheel and worm once a month.
8 When the machine finds abnormal noise or vibration, it should stop, analyze and try to eliminate it, and don't let it cause problems.
9 Don't overuse it to prevent overload.
10 Do not use the same opening on the equipment input line of the air compressor and the plasma cutting machine.
11 When closed, avoid mutual pressure drop and affect speed.
