Spinning forming has many advantages compared with stamping forming .The equipment is lighter weight, smaller tooling and lower cost, higher efficiency (high volume),and bigger radius-thickness ratio. Thin wall dished end with spinning method do not crease (no longitudinal wrinkle, but have circumferential one sometimes). Spinning forming can make the max dished head for 10 meter, therefore has become an important modern pressure container manufacturing equipment.
Spinning forming is for two steps. the first step, put dished end circular blank sheet placed on the drum pressing machine, using corresponding the upper male and under female side, automatic clamping and rotation, and gradually point press into pot sphere, and then flanging on the flanging machine, until meet the size requirements so far. Flanging forming is fast, usually only 7 to10minutes. Our factory can make the dished end nominal diameter range:600-10000mm, the thickness range:3-50mm.
